It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete our application. Your documentation will be generated and provided to you instantly for downloading and printing. You then post the documents to the CRO for processing (this can take 5-15 working days).

You will receive the official Incorporation documents, Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, Consents for Director, Secretary and Shareholder, Register of Members and opening Minutes.

Yes. You will need to post off the incorporation documents to the CRO to finalise the registration. Full instructions and postal information are provided in our documentation.
